1. Core Process Advantages

Different from traditional high-temperature extrusion technology (extrusion above 120℃), this production line adopts low-temperature processing throughout the whole process to retain the original nutrition and natural flavor of raw materials to the maximum extent. The core process highlights are as follows:
Low-temperature cold pressing forming to retain raw material activity
Pellet forming is completed by low-pressure cold pressing under normal temperature without high-temperature screw extrusion. It will not destroy the molecular structure of active nutrients such as meat protein, vitamins and probiotics, guaranteeing the nutritional quality of products from the forming stage.
Three-stage gradient baking for uniform and stable curing
Adopting multi-layer mesh belt baking oven with independent temperature control in three zones: short-time high-temperature shaping in the early stage, constant-temperature uniform curing in the middle stage, low-temperature flavor enhancement and freshness locking in the later stage. The baking temperature is precisely controlled within 70–110℃ to ensure consistent curing degree inside and outside pellets without undercooking or scorching. The moisture content of finished products can be controlled stably.
Strong adaptability to hypoallergenic and low-fat formulas
No additional oil spraying during processing. The finished pellets are dry and non-greasy. It supports various premium formulas such as high fresh meat, grain-free, hypoallergenic and therapeutic diets to satisfy differentiated market demands.
Rich natural flavor with superior palatability
Slow baking fully stimulates the natural meat aroma of raw materials. Pet feeding willingness can be improved without extra attractants. The finished pellets are compact and crispy with good chewing texture.

Raw Material Pretreatment System
Equipped with special fine pulverizer, vibrating screener and homogenizing silo. It can process various raw materials including fresh meat, frozen meat, grains and fruit & vegetable powder. The pulverizing fineness is adjustable, impurities are efficiently removed to provide stable and homogeneous raw materials for subsequent processes.
Intelligent Batching & Mixing System
Adopting multi-silo dynamic weighing batching technology. The computer accurately controls the proportion of each raw material with batch batching error ≤0.2%. Low-Temperature Cold Press Forming System
Modular forming dies allow quick replacement to produce pellets of different specifications and shapes. Cold pressing pressure and feeding speed are adjustable via frequency conversion. Formed pellets are full, regular and uniform in density with low breakage rate.
Multi-Layer Gradient Constant-Temperature Baking System
The core baking unit adopts multi-layer mesh belt conveying structure with hot air circulation and micro-negative pressure design for even thermal field distribution. Three zones realize independent temperature & humidity control. Baking duration can be flexibly adjusted according to formulas to realize continuous constant-temperature curing of bulk products.
Sterile Freshness-Locking Cooling System
Closed cooling tunnel equipped with clean air cooling and nitrogen replacement. Pellets are rapidly cooled down to ambient temperature after baking, isolated from external dust and microorganisms to avoid oxidation and moisture regain and guarantee stable shelf life of finished products.
Screening, Dust Removal & Quality Inspection System
Multi-stage vibrating screening and cyclone dust removal automatically remove broken pellets, defective particles and dust. Optional metal detection and weight sorting modules online reject unqualified products to guarantee consistent appearance and quality of finished goods.
Full-Automatic Packaging System
Connected with integrated equipment for quantitative filling, vacuum sealing, date coding and case packing. Supports multiple packaging forms including bags and boxes, featuring high packaging precision and good sealing performance with full sterile operation.
Intelligent Central Control System
PLC touch central control platform. Visual setting and monitoring of full-line parameters, supporting multi-formula parameter storage, production data recording and automatic fault early warning. Simple operation greatly reduces labor cost and human error.
