PG Series Bone Crusher, Industrial Meat Bone Grinding Machine

PG series bone crusher is professional crushing equipment for deep meat processing, specially designed to grind hard bones of cattle, sheep, pigs, fish and other livestock & aquatic products. The whole machine is made of food-grade SUS304 stainless steel, eco-friendly, hygienic, high crushing efficiency, uniform particle output and stable safe operation. Widely applied in wet pet food factories, bone soup cooking workshops, meat processing plants and feed raw material production lines, with complete CE & FDA export certifications.

The cutter holder adopts optimized mechanical force distribution design to share load on single blades, greatly improving shear force and impact crushing capacity, capable of fast crushing thick, hard and large bones.

Professionally adjusted cutter cutting angle reduces extrusion agglomeration. Crushed bone particles are consistent in thickness without large lumps left, meeting processing demands for bone mud, bone soup and pet bone paste.

The feeding bin is wrapped with sound and vibration insulation, made of full stainless steel. Low running noise improves the working environment of workshops.

Blades are made of special alloy steel with high-temperature heat treatment for wear and impact resistance. The cutter base supports telescopic adjustment; dull blades can be polished repeatedly for long service life. Stainless steel blade version is available on customized demand.

The main motor has built-in automatic overload protection; electrical interlock power-off protection for feed bin. The machine stops automatically when the bin cover is opened or material blockage occurs, fully protecting operator safety.

The machine can be matched with conveying lines to realize continuous automatic feeding and discharging, drastically cutting labor intensity of manual handling.

Compact overall structure, easy disassembly and flushing. Low temperature rise during operation, no material accumulation or wall adhesion during crushing. The thickness of discharged bone granules can be adjusted as required.
