1. Product Overview
The hydraulic lifting feeder is special automatic feeding auxiliary equipment for meat processing production lines. Designed to match 200L standard meat trolleys, it fully replaces manual material handling and feeding. Semi-automatic hydraulic control greatly reduces labor intensity in workshops and avoids safety risks caused by manual lifting.
Working process: Push the standard trolley loaded with meat materials into the machine clamping slot. The hydraulic system steadily lifts the trolley to docking height and automatically tips over for discharging. Whole fresh meat, frozen meat, meat paste and bone-meat materials are poured into the hoppers of main machines such as meat grinders, bowl cutters, tumblers and stuffing mixers to realize continuous automatic feeding.
The whole machine is integrally formed of SUS304 stainless steel. Hydraulic drive ensures stable operation without impact. Smooth frame surface leaves no material trapping dead corners and allows easy water washing. Neat appearance, sturdy and durable. Suitable for linked operation in complete preprocessing lines of cooked food factories and pet food factories.
