1、Raw Material Pre‑processing Section

Operators unpack frozen meat blocks on the work platform, and the chain‑plate elevator feeds material into the frozen meat grinder. Whole frozen blocks can be crushed without pre‑thawing, saving thawing workshop space and energy consumption.

Grinding particle size is adjustable to produce fine meat paste for cat strips as well as meat chunks for pet cans.

2、Mixing & Homogenization Section

The vacuum stuffing mixer works under negative pressure to remove air bubbles from meat paste. Meat materials, broth, vitamins and nutritional additives are fully blended without delamination, delivering bright colour and high palatability.

It effectively solves common industry pain points such as water separation in cat strips and layered content in cans.

3、Filling & Packaging Section

Modular packaging units allow fast mould switching to handle four mainstream packaging formats: long cat‑strip sachets, retort fresh pouches, stand‑up spout pouches, and round / square metal cans.

Servo‑driven filling achieves ±1 g accuracy. Double‑sealing for three‑side‑seal / four‑side‑seal packs and can crimping prevent leakage, suitable for filling high‑moisture meat paste and chunk‑containing broth wet food.

4、Sterilization & Preservation Section

Equipped with spray‑type pasteurizers with precise temperature control at 121 °C‑135 °C. Custom sterilization profiles are applied for soft packs and metal cans to avoid bag bursting and product deformation.

A waste‑heat recovery system reduces steam consumption by around 30 % during long‑run production. Products are automatically air‑cooled and air‑dried to remove surface water stains after sterilization.

5、Finished‑product Inspection & Delivery

Combined metal detector and weight checker automatically reject defective goods with leaking seals, insufficient weight or metallic foreign bodies. Qualified products are conveyed directly to the warehouse area.

Main Line Configuration & Material Standard

All chambers, hoppers, cutting blades, mixing paddles and conveyor belts in direct contact with meat, meat paste and soup adopt food‑grade SUS304 stainless steel, complying with FDA and HACCP international food‑hygiene standards.

Machine frames and supporting structures use 201 stainless steel to balance procurement cost without compromising food‑production safety.

A standard bilingual PLC touch‑screen control cabinet is included. More than 100 sets of product recipes can be stored and quickly recalled for cat‑strip, can and fresh‑pouch production.
